Father Christmas made a welcome early trip to Lingfield on Thursday, 3rd December, to meet the residents and staff at Young Epilepsy. After such an arduous trip from the North Pole, he wisely parked his sleigh in a field nearby and allowed the reindeer to graze, while he transferred to a pickup driven by local resident Paul Jackson.
Upon arrival at Young Epilepsy, he was welcomed with enthusiastic applause from the children and adults on the Young Epilepsy lawns and he then visited those individuals who could not attend the outdoor celebrations, in their respective houses.
Lingfield Chamber of Commerce gratefully thanks Gatwick Airport Community Trust for their support.
We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year!
